Early: Classical Stretch #827

Later: Day 2 RWH Rotation: RWH HiiT Low Impact HiiT 1 ... I subbed kettlebell swings for a few of the sections (some of the sections were too fast for me) . At one point, I was ready to quit but Cathe said it was the last exercise so I actually finished! Glad I did it but it wasn't fun enough to do it again. I'll do a different Cathe HiiT when this comes up in the rotation again.

I never got around to checking-in after my workout yesterday. I did Cathe's Super Cuts, but in slightly scrambled order: warm-up, the sit-up/push-up combo, then the rest of the main workout in normal order (40 min). I wanted to see if I would like getting that sit-up/push-up combo out of the way early on, so as not to be dreading it for the whole workout.
