Later: Day 2 RWH Rotation: RWH HiiT Low Impact HiiT 1 ... I subbed kettlebell swings for a few of the sections (some of the sections were too fast for me) . At one point, I was ready to quit but Cathe said it was the last exercise so I actually finished! Glad I did it but it wasn't fun enough to do it again. I'll do a different Cathe HiiT when this comes up in the rotation again.
