every night just before bedtime. Teeth brushed, etc so I can go to bed immediately after the meditation. This is a stressful time already for me, as I work a lot of hours this time a year. Mostly from home fortunately. Before I started the nightly meditations, I would wake up exhausted. Now I am rested. Also my sleep Fitbit scores are almost now in the excellent range. Nice to have that objective feedback. I also find herbal sleep teas helpful an hour before bedtime.

I watch the Warrior Canine Connection puppies at explore.org. They have lots of animal and nature cams. They even have some they call zen. I like the one of underwater fish. Sometimes I put it on just to listen to it. I also like to watch the bald eagle cams, but the puppies always put a smile on my face.
