I didn’t find much talk about this set here after doing a search, but after viewing a clip online I decided to order 3 of the 4 DVDs (I passed on the abs workout). They were cheap enough on Amazon, I’m hoping I like them.

I really like them. I had to have the ab one,the complete set. I call it Gilad in the Studio. If you like Gilad, these are pretty typical of his workouts except the location. Nice half hour -one is 45 minutes but all are very doable. I hope you like them,

I only bought two (Tone Every Inch & Strength In Motion.) They are decent workouts and I should use them more than I have. I was put off at first because they were filmed indoors (but whatever.)

I only bought Tone Every Inch and was very Meh about it.

I was tempted to buy but got all 4 from the library to try first. I'm glad I did. I too was meh about these. I prefer Gilad's older workouts.
