My 10-10-10 Relax and Recharge routine...

My energy has been low lately (Holiday Blues), but I made up a 30-minute routine that has no dread factor and makes me feel like I've done something.

10 minutes Health Bouncing on the Bellicon
10 minutes full body Foam Rolling
10 minutes Stretching

Good music makes it even better!

Wonderful idea! This time of year can be so difficult if you are missing people-sending you hugs
