If you could only do one type of workout....

If for some totally non real reason you could only do one type of workout for the rest of your life what would that be?

strength
cardio
running
only bodyweights
kettlebells
yoga
callanetics/pilates
MMA
barre

Today, giving it some serious thoughts I decided that it would be yoga for me.
As much as I totally love heavy weights, kettlebells, the end of the day mobility became the most important for me. Strength comes second, but mobility is the king.

hmm..this is a tough one!

I love my cardio for relaxation but I think I need Pilates to keep my body in balance.

Can I walk and do Pilates?

I am going to cheat and do two. Hike and yoga. I would be one blissed out chick if I could do that on a regular basis!! I guess in the meantime I can do indoor and outdoor walking and yoga

Toughie, but I think it would be yoga or bodyweight. Surprisingly, it's the stuff I don't get to do as often as I would like. I love my cardio, but I am the most stress free after yoga.

Aerobic weight training (i.e., The Firm) to get both strength and cardio benefits. It's mostly what I do now.
