Recommendations Please

I am looking for some good cardio workouts, about 30 - 45 minutes, mixed and or low impact, with good music. Thanks!:

Are you talking step, hi/lo, drills, boxing, kickboxing, dvds that can be broken up to fit into 30-45 minutes (like the 10 Minute Solutions) or do you want just the workouts themselves to be 30-45 minutes? Any of the CIAs have pretty good music, variety of times with pretty decent premixes in the range you are looking for, and plenty of styles (hi/lo, drills, boxing, etc.). I would also recommend anything Christi Taylor or Amy Bento for good music and creative choreography.

Thanks for your reply, I see now that I was not very specific in my request
I don’t want step or boxing or kickboxing… so I guess that leaves hi/lo. I will certainly review your suggestions and again thank you very much.

Christi Taylor for fun choreography and good music. Amy Bento is my fave, but I don't think she has any 30- 40 min complete workouts that I am aware of, but she has some shorter pre mixes in all her cardio workouts. It depends what type of choreography you are looking for. Both instructors are more complex. Christi is a little more dancy and Amy is more athletic.

If you have a treadmill or elliptical, Cardio Coach is excellent! They are coached intervals and I love the instrumental music by Todd Washburn. There are about 7 or so different volumes and the times vary...but in the general vicinity of what you are looking for.
