Do you mish mosh trainers? What's been your best rotation?

I have been having fun alternating between different trainers. While I don't strictly follow rotations, my schedules lately have been dominated usually by two trainers. It's been fun!

The first one I did, someone here on VF suggested it. After I began, I noticed the cardio seemed to balance the strength really well. The second rotation I did I enjoyed because alternating styles of strength training felt fresh each time.

So far:
Debbie Siebers (Sin6/SS) and Billy Blanks (Taebo lives);
Tom Holland (S90) and Leandro Carvahlo (Brazil Butt Lift).

So how about you? Ever mish moshed sets/trainers?

Especially interested in if you've ever done one with Shaun T's stuff!....

List of VF suggestions in this thread:
  • Gilad plus Namaste yoga
  • Cathe strength plus Jessica Smith cardio OR Jessica Smith Strength plus Cathe cardio
  • Paul Katami's 4x4 set with a Yin Yoga program from Yoga Download
  • Katami 4x4 rotation paired with Body Beast and yoga
  • Kelly Coffey Meyer for cardio and Jessica Smith for weights and then switch that around.
  • BBL lower body focused workouts with Kelly's boxing or Ilaria's kickboxing using light weights.
  • Cathe for the weights first and (skipping warm-up) Insanity (the 30 minute ones) for the HIIT finisher
  • p90x and Insanity or T25 used as the HIIT
  • Amy Bento and Cathe.
  • Amy Bento and Christi Taylor
  • Amy Bento and KCM
  • Jari and Christi Taylor
  • Jari and Billy Blanks
  • 21 Day fix and dance cardio
  • Cathe and Chalene Turbofire or Insanity
  • Paul K. 4x4 and yoga
  • Yakker combo: Leslie and JNL
  • Jari Love and yoga
  • Fit Split with P90X3
(Let me know if I miss any)

I've done several 2-3 week rotations of Gilad + Namaste Yoga this year. That's a real feel-good combo for me!
Right now I have new Cathes and new-to-me Jessicas ... thinking maybe one week I'll do Cathe's strength with Jessica's cardio, then switch the following week? All Cathe all the time is kinda' overkill for me.

I like doing this too, it keeps me from becoming bored or getting tired of one instructor. The combos I've done and enjoyed were:
Paul Katami's 4x4 set with a Yin Yoga program from Yoga Download
Kelly Coffey Meyer for cardio and Jessica Smith for weights and then switch that around.
I can't get into Tae Bo but Slim Series does pair well with kickboxing and yoga. I've also liked pairing the BBL lower body focused workouts with Kelly's boxing or Ilaria's kickboxing using light weights.
I feel like Jessica Smith plays well with most instructors.

I had decent success doing heavy weights with a HIIT finisher. I used Cathe for the weights and Insanity (the 30 minute ones) for the HIIT finisher. I also did that with p90x and Insanity. I haven’t done T25 but I think it could be used as the HIIT element.

I just did the weight work first followed by a 20 minute HIIT which is Insanity without the warmup since I was already warmed up. It works really well if you’re doing one or two body parts a day if you don’t want to work out for a super long time each day.

I’ve been considering this again and using my rebounder for the too high impact moves on Insanity. It might play well with Caroline Girvan’s Epic rotation that I’m currently doing.

I did three weeks of SS and BBL. I just started week two of 21 day fix but might add in some dance cardio this week. After week three, I’m thinking the new Cathe’s with something else but haven’t decided. Maybe Charlene TF or Insanity? I’ve not tried either so looking forward to experimenting

Oh yea Amy Bento and Cathe. Amy Bento and Christi Taylor. Amy Bento and KCM. Jari and Christi Taylor. Jari and Billy Blanks years ago. I believe a lot of those rotations came from FitnessFig.

All the time, for as long as I've been exercising! The longest I've ever done one instructor exclusively was a 30 day rotation with Michelle Dozois. Even my lengthy Cathe old-to-new rotation wasn't 100% Cathe.

Bubbles and I alternate some of the same instructors, but I also add in Patrick G and sprinkle in a few others as well.

I plan to mix up sets this month and next month, not to reach any fitness goals, but just to use the sets since they've all been unused and lonely. I'm not sure how to pair them up, but this week I was thinking of Leslie, since I did that today and JNL. Why those two? They're yakkers! Now that I write that, I think I'll separate the talkers from the serious, quieter ones and pair them accordingly.

I like all the ideas being shared here and I might do Paul K. 4x4 and yoga since I keep saying I should do more yoga but never follow through.

LOL, CharM!! Yakkers, indeed!

I have done a Katami 4x4 rotation paired with Body Beast and yoga which I really enjoyed.

Also, a Jari Love and yoga rotation that I got really good results with but I was a lot younger. I remember fitting into a tight skirt that I couldn’t get into before my rotation, so that was cool! I couldn’t “just” do Jari’s workouts now for both cardio & weights...I need my variety with instructors as well as workouts!

A year or two ago, I paired Fit Split with P90X3 and that was great! That provided a little more lower body weight work to go along with Tony’s program.

I paired together more programs, but those are some just off the top of my head...I would love to put together a YT instructor rotation at some point with Yvette, Heather & Caroline!!! Anyone have one??

These are some excellent ideas!

I'm glad I'm not alone in enjoying seeing who plays well together!

I'm making notes...keep them coming!!
