This month is flying by (at least for this thread).
I'm already looking ahead for May's rotation.

What are you thinking of for May, Alison?
I am thinking about the CS Wellness Challenge + cardio + Pilates. I did the CS Health Challenge in January and also added on some cardio and Pilates and felt great.

Idk what I want to do. This month has been to get me back in the habit of moving. Now I want to step it up a bit...but not too much.

I'm considering a Jenny Ford rotation that shared in another thread.

Alison - I like Jenny Ford quite a bit! In fact, I was thinking about using her Step and March Across America workouts for my cardio.

I did one of the step workouts today!

Jenny is great, so upbeat and likeable! Her workouts are not complex choreo and the background scenery in her MAA & SAA is lovely.

I agree. She seems like a "real person" (I know, they all are, but she seems more so.)

My girls and I went for a walk today, as well. The weather has been wonderful this spring.
