Pat, that is sad; I was wondering recently how she was doing.

I just saw that Don Shula, former Miami Dolphins coach and winningest coach in NFL history has died. I remember well his unbeaten season in the 70’s. That team was awesome! RIP Coach.

That one makes me so sad. My mom was a stewardess and her airline (eastern) used to fly the dolphins everywhere. she has always said what a nice person he was. So many eastern employees loved him that even when the dolphins lost they (and family/friends) would come to the airport and cheer for him and the team when they got off the plane.

Roy Horn of Siegfried & Roy has passed away from the virus. They used to come into the office where I worked - they were always polite if not overly friendly. They also dressed very dramatically even when not performing. My in-laws live in the same neighborhood as their compound. It was kind of spooky at night when you’d hear animal noises coming from the compound. They had a cat escape once and it was hiding by my mother-in-law’s car when she went to leave for work.

Very sad. RIP Roy.

So sad to hear this. Thank you so much for sharing that personal story.

Rest in peace, Roy.

Oh my gosh. I loved him. I remember his grand--wild--entrances on the Joey Bishop show.
