That looks totally good! I rarely do Jari anymore because the reps make my joints hurt...but maybe I should give this a try! (And her other slow and heavy one.)

Charlotte Ord Back to Basics is slow and controlled weight training. Doesn't really have balance and standing core though. Balletone may fit the bill.

Alright, how about Kari Anderson's Angles, Lines & Curves? I've never tried it but another thread brought it to my attention and YouTube has a decent-length preview...

Yes, it's very slow and controlled. I think that may be a clip from each section. Though, as I remember, when it was transferred from VHS to DVD no chapter marks were added. Kari produced her own videos at the time and put off the expense of converting older workouts to DVD until tapes just weren't selling any more. I much prefer the first ALC to the second. I wonder where mine is?
