Suzanne's Prevention set is on my wishlist, however I was going to chime in with something interesting.

however, because this workout is done barefoot, and because of the sequencing, it doesn't bother my mid-back as much. I don't know why, but I loved doing it in this particular workout.
if DMC or its cousin DB (dreaded burpees
) comes up in other workouts, I place my hands on the seat of a chair or FL and do it that way. in this modification, my upper body is propped up and there is less pressure on my mid-back.
my shoulders are fine for these moves.
