Any recommendations on the Boho Beautiful programs? Looking for a new fitness rotation and these look fresh and different from my usual weights and cardio. The 10-Day and Transform programs caught my attention and did not seem to have a strong yoga influence. I like yoga but I don’t typically do long practices that frequently. TIA!

Are these available as mp3 downloads, or only downloadable through an app?

The only one I bought was their 10 day meditation. I could download mp4 video and mp3 audio through their site. I think the meditation set may be the only one that offers audio only. Their customer service is responsive if anyone has other questions.

Sherry—thanks for posting about the Boho Beautiful sale. I was not familiar with their workouts. I checked out their website and was interested in trying some of their offerings but decided to try some of their YouTube offerings first to see if I liked them. It turns out I really do. But I waited too long and now the sale is over. It’s ok because they have a lot of free stuff to keep me busy.

But I was wondering do you know how often they have sales? Also, if you hear about another sale will you please keep me posted. Thank you.

Tracy, they seem to have sales a few times a year. If you subscribe to their site they notify you about sales by email.

I do post about sales when I am notified.

I am glad you like their workouts. The scenery is gorgeous.
