Tracie Long Signature Series 2. Not sure if that workout is as hard as I thought it was today or if it’s because I had a few drinks last night (hardly ever drink but rough week, lol). Those renegade rows at the very end when you’re already wiped - so sneaky Tracie!

Peak 10 Studio Sculpt & Define. I really liked this workout. It is very functional and uses the core a lot. Also got my heart rate quite high. I anticipate what Peak 10 will do for me is increase my functional and core strength and cardio endurance which will prepare me for good results when I start to incorporate heavier weight lifting again. I like the emphasis on core in this series. I'm tracking my progress by cutting out a trigger food I eat regularly in huge amounts, how I feel, and how my performance in the workouts improve.
