Yay, on the IF weightloss!!! That's awesome! I'm still moving along, I'm down 10.5 - 11 lbs. (depending on the day, lol). I'm trying to count macros, but I've been too carefree, lol. Today I started counting grams and not "cups, tbsps., ounces", etc. I did some snack prep and weighed everything. Hopefully this will get things moving again.
Jules - So glad you're feeling better! Sounds like a very busy week! I have some Body Pump dvds, I may have to pull one out for a total body workout next month.
I ran/walked 3 miles a couple of times last week. I also did Cathe Live Metabolic Madness a couple of times, love that one! This morning I did Cathe LITE Strong Body Stacked Sets: Lower. My shoulder is feeling SO much better! It's amazing how much we will endure just not to have to go to the doctor, lol. When he looked at my x-rays, he said "I'm surprised you can still move your arm", ugh. I had been having pain since July!!!!
