Hi everyone! I haven't been getting in a lot of workouts due to long hours. I had planned on doing Cathe 4ds, weights only, along with cardio but due to missed workouts I think I will switch to her upper and lower body live workouts and add on barre3 for cardio. Cathe Live has shorter workouts. I resubscribed last week to barre3 and have done a few workouts. I forgot how much I enjoy them!

Sherri, we have also turned off our AC. It was 50 this week in the Denver area.
I think we are in for a shortlived fall.
