Check-in: Pure Barre Empower. And 60 pushups: 15 each of the 4 kinds I've been doing -- decline, incline, regular, and triceps. Yay. The pushups challenge is over. My biceps look nicely defined; triceps look stubbornly flabby. Oh well. I'm strong.

I didn't get a formal workout in. But my friend and I went to lunch and did some shopping for her birthday. I think we went through every store in the whole mall. I have my 10,000 steps and 5 miles

barre 3 30 minutes and yin class

cynthia, look at the bright side (biceps). I could never even get those! though I got tendonitis from doing too many curls trying.

Lynn I hope it's ok, but you just made me chuckle about the biceps/tendonitis. That's the way it goes, right?

absolutely it's ok. We have to have a sense of humor about these things! Some of us were just not made to looks like exercise models no matter how hard we try. I do have strong biceps and can lift a lot of weight, but they don't look like anything.

Lynn I know. I can get into a good routine with weights, thinking I'm making some progress and then end up with SI pain.
