I think if there is anything that hurts, you're not suppose to do it.

do you need more support for your neck? Holding it too tight?

maybe one of thes things can help.


I think I want one.

A piltes instructor told me that Winsor is the best closests to the original. I know everyone wants to create their signature but I want to learn the correct way so I don't have to unlearn it.

Checking in with BodyFit by Amy's Upper BodyBlast and a mile walk. I might walk again if it cools down.

tytbody- The moves that bother me are when you have to have your hands away from your neck, moving them around. Otherwise I can support my neck with my hands like that tool would. I can do the moves for a little while, but after a while it starts to hurt!

barre 3 30 minutes. I have not been doing well with the eating, so I may get in something else right now!

Cynthia, amazing job with the push ups. My pecs hurt just hearing of it.

Cheryl, thanks for the info. Great job on the weight loss.

Diana, glad Ms. Connie and Brandon are doing so well.

Cheryl 2, I confess to being a Pilates hater, though I do like some of the lower body work, like Cheryl 1. But I totally hate the ab work as my yoga training goes against the pilates theories on ab work.

Check-in: 53 regular pushups. I've been saving myself for 3 days straight of barre classes. All classes are free for 4 days, tomorrow through Sunday. I'm not going on Sunday since the times conflict with church/getting cleaned up before church. 3 days in a row will be plenty.
