Breezy T, you do not lift alone. Bikini Ready Fast is my most used Ellen workout; I do the upper body section at least once a week.

Ellen was one of the dozen or so instructors who led one of the workouts. it kinda reminded me of The Firm more than Ellen's workouts from her "The Studio" series like the 2 you own, Power Fusion or Fusion Floor. in LICS, Ellen's manner is the same as her Studio workouts, but not the design of the workout. there's some VF reviews here for Low Impact Cardio Strength. if you want more like the 2 you own, stick to her Studio series (they are all very similar, but it's OK to own them all!) or her Crunch workouts, if you want that "stretched out and energized" feeling.
