I love a trainer who doesn't take him or herself too seriously. I have a few of BJ Gaddour's workouts - delta fit, 10 minute torchers etc. he never disappoints. I find his KB workout in DF really tough and his burpee challenge? I've never been able to finish. It's tough.

I am going to wait and see if they are available on the rodale site. They usually have an active coupon code. (either 20 or 25% off?)

Has anyone placed their order yet? I am wondering if there is a one-time payment option? I don't like installments. (It seems like there is more of an opportunity for them to mess up billing)

His previous couple of sets have had a music off option. We will have to wait until someone has this new one to know for sure, but I would be surprised if they it didn't. Also, BJ is the BEST in the business at telling and showing you how to scale down and scale up the moves to fit your specific level.

I'm really looking forward to this one.

I love the BJ talks & walks the walk. He got started when he was very overweight and just kept working it and now he's like "WOW". His pics from the MetaShred are off the charts.

I ordered this last night. . Looks exactly like the type of workouts I love! ! Thanks for posting. . I bought so many workouts this past few weeks.. I have to clue what to do with them all!!
