I'm surprised no one's commenting on this yet now that they are up for sale! Anyone have thoughts on it? I like the options...with containers, without containers, etc. I think I would like a basic kit plus the weight loss dvds. I have the containers already and I don't really care about 1 lb wristbands since I have 1 lb hand weights.

The routines and music look very, very fun!!! Soooooo fun! I want to do them nooooowwwww!

Now where to find a spare $100 lying around? (I just paid all my bills last night ;p ) I have to say I am intrigued that there is no offer for free shipping, unlike for 21 DFX. So in my mind that means there's no rush for me to order it since I can pay s+h any ol' day.

So who's ordering and going to post their reviews for me to drool over??

Talking Just ordered from Total Fitness DVDs

I got the base set and the add on DVDs. It came to $100 with shipping.

I haven't tried Shaun in the past but I've gotten to know him a little since we share an interest in the Adnan Syed case discussed in the Serial Podcast. I saw him tweet to Rabia Chaudry and the Undisclosed Team. Peaked my interest. They look like fun.

That's a great way to get to know an instructor, and is a part of their soft marketing Of course, reason #88-1/2 why I am off of Facebook

The part that would concerns me, totals $29.85

as I can lowimpactify and don't necessarily need the pattern breakdown; it's TIFT-ed ...

well, I can wait until it gets to some bin

It's pretty heavily TIFTED, if all are like the one I tried. I'm going to wait on these because I was seriously not impressed. I had fun, but the repeating the moves like that would drive me insane after 1 time.

From what I was reading, it sounded like there is a way to skip over the TIFTing portion once you are ready for that.

Despite recent remarks I've published about the Masala Bhangra workout having changed from being one of the most heavily TIFTed of the dance exercise workouts, I don't mind TIFTing.

ONE time! Some skills or memory you have!

The TIFTing is that you learn a move, repeat it about 8 times. Learn a second move, repeat it about 8 times, the put the first and second move together about 8 times. Learn a 3rd move. Repeat it about 8 times. Then put the first, second and third move together about 8 times. By the time you get to the 16th move, you've done the first move a couple hundred times - kind of tough to forget. I don't mind learning a move and repeating it a few times, but this was kind of ridiculous. The entire workout - all 42 minutes of it - was learning one 3 minute dance routine. That to me is not fun. I'd rather Zumba or Sh'bam!

And yeah, I was in marching band, I pick up choreography pretty easily once I understand the cues.
