Shorter/Beginner Callanetics WOs aren't watered down like typical exercise offerings. They usually contain fewer pulses and less total exercises. The great thing about that is that you can go deeper, take fewer breathers and work harder, knowing the workout is shorter and get an extremely intense workout. I choose a few shorter sessions each week specifically for this reason.
I'm finding it to be a very different approach to getting and staying balanced and fit.
