Has anyone done Jeanette Jenkins Power Yoga consistently and notice results??

I just got this in trade because someone was raving about it. Has anyone been using it regularly and have you noticed some nice changes?

I haven't done it regularly, but when I'm in the mood for power yoga, this one is great! Lots of sun salutes, but there is enough variety and interesting twists on poses to make it go pretty fast if you're up for the whole thing.

I don't do this one all the time but I do have it and love it! I just did it yesterday in fact after my RKS #4 (Doug's 10 minute challenge). I'm not sure if it was the her power yoga or the RKS that did it but my thighs, butt and quads were screaming with DOMS today!

More info/input on this one? It really looks good and seems to have really great music too! Is it really advanced or can an intermediate handle it? Do one of the back ground exercser's demo modifications? Thanks!
