I saw someone post on here that they used this pad for P57 so I decided to give it a try. I had been using the Bender Ball for back support. I have used it twice now and wow! It made a big difference. I have gained a lot of strength in my abs, but I think using this is going to help me to gain even more. I am glad that I started with the Bender Ball though, as it gave me the support I needed to be able to do these exercises in the first place.
I also put up an additional mirror (directly in front of me). Not sure why I didn't do this before (I have one to the side), but I like it. I think it will help with my form. Always a good thing!
