Yes I’ve done several on Essentrics tv. They are nice workouts, Miranda is on her game with nice routines & good instruction.

I just ordered it from Amazon. I probably don't need it. I got season 12 in January. And last week I got the PBS Aging Backwards Fast Track 3 in the mail and have been doing it. But I just feel so darned good after an Essentrics/Classical Stretch workout.

I really like these workouts. I wish Miranda had been able to film a full season. They are definitely more of a workout than Season 12 and she has a few spins on moves.
