I am your parent's age and was a very advanced exerciser here ..but knee surgery has got me sitting down. I do try to do some standing but I have a lot of senior workouts now.
Susan Tuttle tis great-her arthritis work out is a favorite, her band workout Number 2 is great, (number one is not),Chair strength and tone is very good too
I like all Bobby's its all heart-1 and 2. he is just great-very personable
Mirabai Holland- Skeletal Fitness number 2 is a very good workout-kind of long cardio and weights and she is wonderful.I also do her ease into and easy cardio and weights one and two, but they are easy. her stretch videos are lovely.
15 minute workouts for dummies are wonderful.Shaping up for dummies, fat burning for dummies and 15 minute workouts (excellent) by I also like the pilates workout and Fat to Firm fitness ball workout. an invaluable series for me.

The Tracie long one is dull, but I do like Karen Voight ease into fitness a lot.
10 minute solution are good too, depending on your interest-pilates, cardio, strength.
I like Cathe Travel Fit.
Ialso have been trying Firm Basics! I loved it and was so happy. I did the Fat burning one with Jen and Stacy and I am going to try the Weights with Tracie Long.
any of the Fit primes starring Anna - fabulous. also some of the fit primes like Lean would work.
any of the Firm basics and take a look at the pink firms, and Power fits
take a look at Kathy Smith moving through menopause and staying strong.
the ramp with Gin miller , and her strength exercises.
avoid chair dancing, and older and wiser, they sound like they do not need to go that route.

Thank you so much for all of your suggestions! Funny...I was just going through my Gilad collection today. I thought the 30th Anniversary series might be good for them. I didn't even think of Interval Training...I forgot I had that one! I'll definitely add it to the pile. have just about all of his DVDs.

It is only 19 dollars and it has free shipping. there is a code "STUCKINSIDE" for a major discount. I think it said the code was until May.

Essentrics/Classical Stretch.

If you don't have dvds, check your PBS schedule. Their streaming is outstanding, too. It was mentioned upthread that they have a free 2 week trial, also.
