Deep Stretching and/or Rehab DVDS

Looking for some really good deep stretching workouts and rehab type workouts. I still use DVDS. I have JB Berns Rehab Your Body. I'm an intermediate to advanced exerciser.

I like Rehab Your Body but Jill Miller is my go to for rehab videos. I think I have them all but my most used are the Quick Fix Yoga Tune Up lower and upper body series and Post Athletic Stretches.

Another vote for Jill Miller. Her Yoga Link series is good too, but they are longer and more intense.

deep stretching - have you looked into yin yoga? they hold the poses for a long time.

Yes! Mark Laham’s Yin Yoga is very nice IIRC. I do a lot of yin, but on my own or through one of my streaming subscriptions.

Ellen has a Sunset Stretch on her streaming I really like.

I love this one and use it often. I like that she holds the stretches for a long time but not as long as some traditional Yin practices that are sometimes held too long for me.
