Studio Sweat on Demand Sale

I ordered a spin bike to use while I’m recovering from rotator cuff surgery and have been researching/debating between the Peleton App and Studio Sweat on Demand (SSOD) while I’m waiting for it to be delivered.

This morning I decided to pull the trigger on SSOD for $188 for the year and was thrilled when I logged in and found they are having a sale for new members. It’s $99 for the year .

Good for you. And hope you have a good recovery.

I was able to extend my membership too for the same price. I've been subscribed for 1.5 years already and love their workouts. They have a huge variety - with or without a bike. Great deal.

That’s fantastic. I think it was some of your posts about SSOD that brought me to that site so thank you for that. My bike is being delivered Monday. I can’t wait.

What bike did you order? I'm still looking.

I got the Schwinn IC3. It’s pretty basic but I’m not even sure I’ll like spinning at home, although I think I will, so didn’t want to go all in on an expensive bike only to find I don’t. (I’m recovering from rotator cuff surgery and am so limited to what I can do now—no weights, no high impact for three more months —all I’ve been doing is walking and I need more).

I used to subscribe to SSOD and enjoyed their workouts, mainly spin ones. I have been trying out the 30 day on Peloton and find they aren't as enjoyable as the SSOD ones, don't know why. Really considering reupping my SSOD.

I’ve done two SSOD spin classes so far and really like them. I’m about to do another after coffee. This will be my third day in a row . I plan to try Peloton at some point but right now I don’t feel the need with all the variety SSOD offers. I used to go to the gym to spin and I definitely prefer spinning at home.

Speaking of Peloton have you seen the new Planet Fitness commercials? They spoof a Peleton class. It cracks me up.
