I think that maybe Charlene Prickett might fall into this category--anyway, her low impact aerobic workouts would, I think.

I do Cathe's Hiit On my spin bike because it's the only way I can stand it. I get a fantastic workout this way. I highly reccomend a bike if you love cardio without impact.

Debbied has been having a lot of success doing Insanity on the rebounder - you might want to check with her about how she's doing it. It sounds like it's working out very well for her.

I think it also depends on your size and fitness level - I'm large and have only been back to working out for about six months now, and I can get all the intensity I need and still keep it low impact. Now...I really have to work at it, and make my moves strong and explosive, but I can do it.

I love doing high impact workouts on a rebounder. I agree somewhat with what you are saying, and I can get a pretty high intensity workout while keeping it low impact. I just have a hard time getting a true HIIT workout (to me that signifies HR really high where I MUST have recovery time) without adding impact.

I have only been able to do it on my bike (on a trainer) and with kettlebells. I would think ropes would work, too.

I have a hard time getting my heart rate up on a rebounder. If I work really hard, I can get into my aerobic zone, but I've never gotten into the HIIT zone. It's probably individual, though.
