I enjoyed the Burn and Firm DVD last night. Warm up, the Latin one and cool down. The Latin dance was a good hip, butt and thighs workout and it was fun. Nice to not have to kill myself for a little cardio.

Taramisu - I would love to see those workouts released, too. I wonder why not?

Oooh, I forgot about Favorite Fat Burners. I'd love to have that one.

Found it: Favorite Fat Burners

Guess I don't "need" it - I think I have all the workouts represented, but it's fun to have sections of them mixed up together.

kat i tried that low impact workout once but got frustrated with the steps. will have to try it again!
I think it's worth trying again. The steps are not the easiest, but it's also so low-impact that I think whenever anything stumps you, just kind of do your own thing until you can rejoin them.

This morning I did all of the AM segments of the Prime Time AM/PM Yoga. You can technically do those separately, but I did all three together for a full 40-minute workout. This was tougher than I thought; as an experienced yoga practitioner, there were some moves I did more advanced, although I also had to modify down a couple of times. The three segments are abs, "energizing" (which was mostly traditional standing poses), and a sort of fusion segment that uses weights. I liked them all, and it was a great add-on to a 30-minute HIIT workout I did first. I usually work out in the mornings, so whenever there is a PM version of a yoga practice, I often don't even try it out, but I think I will attempt this one, even if I do it earlier in the day, as there is a balance training segment on that I want to try. All in all, a very good gentle practice, and the whole class uses beautiful blue round yoga mats, which I now want to try to find.

Oo, don't enable me! I've already been on a mad streak of pandemic panic buying of all manner of DVDs and equipment!

question for the the Jane Fonda aficionados: is there a list of:
1) her vintage workouts on youtube
2) her vintage workouts that were subsequently offered on DVD?
3) her compilation DVDs and what was included on them?

thanks.

I don't know that there's a master list like this anywhere. I have mostly just been looking things up in the reviews section of this site and then cross-referencing it with what I can find on both Amazon and YouTube, but I'm focusing mostly on getting hard copies of things since getting streaming to work in my home gym is a little spotty.

i don't know about youtube but i know the older stuff released to dvd, off the top of my head-
original workout
complete workout
lean routine
low impact aerobics
personal trainer series
stress and stress reduction
workout (the two part one after the original workout)
easy going workout (aka prime time)

i know what is not on dvd-workout with weights, yoga workout, fav fat burners, one called 'sports aid', start up. i am sure more but cannot think of any right now.
