Nate Bowers
I am sure he has been talked about but since the search isn't work thought I would ask.
I have done two of his heavy bag workouts and have enjoyed them. I am planning on doing a couple of these a week.
Has anyone else done any of his workouts and what do you think of them?
The couple I have done has left me breathless and a sweaty mess. Loving it. I have been doing KCM's heavy bag but I hate to say it hers seems easy compared to Nates. Nate has you doing 2-3 minute rounds with minimal rest between and KCM is usually a minute or so and a much longer rest.
I like how Nates are set up. I haven't tried any of his other workouts but I may.
anyone have opinions or suggestions of his workouts, let me know.
