Thanks, Gina! I think I'll get it. I get a lot of use from Circuit 2.

Here is the layout for Workout 2:

Warmup (8m)
Upper Body Circuit
(5m cardio)
Strength 1: Bicep curl to overhead press
Bentover flyes
Chest & overhead press
(Repeat above circuit 2 more times)
Burnout: Chest pushouts & alternating punches
(5m cardio)
Strength 2: Alternating front and lateral shoulder raises
Bicep curls
Tricep kickbacks
(Repeat above circuit 2 more times)
Burnout: Chest pushouts & alternating punches
Lower Body Circuit
(5m cardio)
Strength 1: Pulsing squats
Deadlifts
Static lunges
(Repeat above circuit 2 more times)
Burnout: weighted standing side kick extensions
(5m cardio)
Strength 2 : Side to side squats
Alternating rear lunges w/bicep curls
Curtsey lunges
(Repeat above circuit 2 more times)
Burnout: weighted standing side kick extensions
Cooldown (7m)
Bonus: 12m standing abs

I *think* I like the music and presentation better in the 2nd workout but I'll get a much better feel once I've done both.

I like the music in her videos. Something about them just seems so repetitive and boring though. I can't quite understand why as I actually love leslie and her walks are about the same in all videos.

Lucky Star Thankyou so much for the breakdown and info!! I've been really interested in these, and that helps so much. I think you said there is also the option of shorter workouts in atleast one of them? Or was I mistaken??

Oh yes. Very nice. I like her keeping up with the music. Not as complicate as Zumba
Looks doable and it’s on my save list. Thank you helper https://youtu.be/CRUf8E5wk84

Just from watching this one time for me is her voice and her rhythm. Real music and she has more energy but not overboard. I’m going to give this a try.

. I find Leslie boring and very repetitive. Now if she got with the music that would be worth looking at, again.
