Last night: Basic Stretch
This Morning: Oxycise

Checking in with two Jessicas: 12-Minute Arms and Abs Circuit Walk and 10-Minute Upper Body Workout, as well as outdoor walking of almost 3 miles. I was stir-crazy and went for two walks today!

Diana, have you seen Jessica's new short standing strength workout? She posted it yesterday. My mom just wrote me and said she did it with 12s and 5s and really liked it. This is high praise coming from my mom! I was planning to try it out Saturday since my lower body is a little sore today.

Took a rest day yesterday, recovering from the Tuesday evening Empower class. Back to the studio today for a regular class, which seemed easy in comparison w/ Empower.

DD caught a cold but so far hasn't shared it with me and I hope I can keep it that way. She's almost over it, thanks to vast amounts of vitamin C and garlic pills, liquids and early bedtimes.

Cynthia I hope your DD feels better soon.

Seabliss I put that one on my watch later list on youtube. I will have to do it soon since your Mom liked it. I really like several of Jessica's shorter strength workouts.

I worked on my end of month office work today and could only get something short in today.

I did basic upper body on Lighter Living with reformer.

found it challenging. but that's to be expected when you first do a new form of exercise.

I did them all again with yellow cord, that's the lightest in terms of weight or resistance.

I grimac each time I pull on those ropes. Grrrrrrrrrrimmmmmaaaaace.. lol

Sill got love for it.
