I actually have thought about this for a while!! I look at all my workout crap, and think "if I had to do it all again, what would I replace?"

Immediately I would replace my classic Firms, my free weights up to 20 pounds, my fanny lifter, my fluidity barre, my Callanetics, P90X Yoga (probably the whole set, even though I would only use Yoga, I might do the whole set in the future) my yoga mat, and probably some Ttapps.

Eventually I would repurchase some of my barre workouts, like Pure Barre and Hilliard Studio Method.

My equipment would be waaaaay cut down. I would probably never replace my sandbags, or heavy (10 pound) ankle weights. Plus most of my workouts, that I can't seem to part with right now.

I actually need to start paring down and figuring out what I really need. I need to do that in several areas of my life!!

Manduka mat/bolsters/blocks

DVDs:

Rushfit set

Those are my basics but I still love to revisit vintage and pre-pink Firm sets and I'm sure a few others that I only pull out for fun occasionally etc

As far as fantasy goes, I would love a pilates cadillac and ladder barrel. A rower could also be fun!
