Chef's blow torch?
co-worker said he used one of these "food grade" blow torches to sear/caramelize the sauce.
it got me wondering - does anyone own/use one and what have you used it for? I could see myself using it for crème brulee, seared ahi, etc.

We’ve had one for several years and never tried it. It was a Christmas gift. I just never think to use it.
