It says intermediate, I disagree, it is super advanced (at least for me), what a challenge!
I also agree with the Laura Tarbell recommendation. And I agree Sugar, it was more advanced than intermediate but even though I modified quite a bit it still gave me DOMS. I just gave this one 5 stars.

I am obsessed with core and abs work. I like Ab Ripper X from P90X; it is 15 minutes and challenging; Cathe's Core Max, which has 3 twenty minute workouts, one with no equipment, one with the stability ball and one with the medicine ball; Les Mills CXWORX, and Ilaria Montegnani's Abs and Pushups. Those are all challenging.

I just want to add that I have been chopping wood. Swinging a ax over my head and splitting the stumps over and over left my core absolutely sore for days!!
