Thanks for the notice. I tried out Linda's two new Stretch Sculpting workouts on youtube and love them.
I also tried an endurance workout someone posted a while back.
The prices for downloads are really reasonable and I like the direction that she has been going with her exercise routines so... I thought I would try her Tone Up Express and Double Burn downloads.
