Neou Fitness is great!

I've been doing workouts from the Neou Fitness website daily for the last 2-3
weeks, and I have really been enjoying them. Even the bootcamp ones, which I didn't intend to do at all, I ended up trying and liking them. The music is great, and the workouts tend to be unique, and the instructors have mostly been great. They have a lot of core workouts that are short and quite challenging. My favorite is probably the ones they have under Dance, although they aren't really dance per se, more dancish, and the Mobility ones. I'm not clicking with the Yoga instructors I've tried. But there's a lot here to recommend.

I may subscribe after the free early access period ends. It seems like forever since workouts had good music.

especially by the brands *five points* and *Symbio*
