Get Ripped Rotation

Has anyone ever done a Get Ripped rotation, and would you share your schedule? Results?
TIA

You're welcome!

Jari's great...good luck and I'd be interested in hearing your post rotation thoughts if you do one

Well, that is "iffy." I have extreme workout ADHD... LOL.... I've just discovered the free 30 day trial from Dasha so I've seen the "squirrel" and am now distracted from Get Ripped

BTW, Jari Love is posting some great free stuff on her YouTube channel as well. So many workouts....so little time....

You could start a Challenge group for those with this same issue who want to finally start, and finish, a planned rotation, and think such group support might help. You could even include doing the same or very similar rotation at the same time. Just an idea.

fanofladyvols- Thanks for posting! I love Jari and should try a rotation (but I also have exercise ADHD)! I think an intermediate rotation would be best for me..I think I would really get burned out with the advanced rotation. This rotation doesn't have much variety of Jari workouts so I could even sub in some of her more recent offerings.

Wendy, this is an older rotation... Definitely would consider subbing in others of her newer varieties but I am not well versed enough in Jari to make any suggestions myself.

Perhaps someone else will post some thoughts on adding some variety to the intermediate rotation.
