ETA - MBS had three different names: Maximum Body Sculpting, Maximum Body Shaping, and All Weights according to the VF reviews. I didn't check but I'm pretty sure that Better Body and Buns also had a different name because they wanted to add Body to let people know that it was a total body wo.
I pre-ordered the Tri-Trainers, so my VHS copies all have the original titles (and the same generic covers!) - All Cardio, All Weights, and Better Buns.

I am at an age and ability level to love the Basics, Prime Powers and I love the BSS sets! which were terribly received.
I think they are great workouts, love them, !
I didn't order them at the time, because no one seemed to like them, but now when I see the clips, I think I would have enjoyed them.

Have you all seen the wayback machine? You can enter a web address and see what a web page looked like way back when. Here is www.firmdirect.com back when the Tri-Trainers were coming out:

Hope the link works.

Thanks for the reply, Helen. Maybe Fitness Favorites will carry them at some point. I haven't done the Firm in years - I moved on to Cathe, then others. Going back to the BBH era Firms I am amazed at how timeless these really are. Such good, effective workouts.

The Tri Trainers are 3 of my favorite Firms. I love that they are 45 minutes and work together as a set so well.

Anne, that is so cool - thanks for the link! I like that there is a picture of Mark, Anna, and Cynthia at the bottom of the page - I had been curious to know what he looked like ever since the Medical Mark hooplah a number of years ago!

I followed that link and read the Q and A - and they said that the Prime Powers were made for people over 30! older exercisers, lol. I though I was just ready for the Prime Powers at 62.
I think people in their 30's are youngsters!!
