I’m psyched and just have to share! I have lost 26lbs in approx. the last 6 weeks. I’m very excited. I’m eating fairly clean and have done a few workouts but since last week, I’ve been consistent with exercising every other day for about 30 minutes (kettlebells and Misty’s Delicious Dance). Clothes that were super tight are now quite loose. It’s a good feeling! Hopefully this will encourage someone else too. My skin is also looking darn good and my sweet cravings are gone.
