Thank for sharing ladies!

Mofirmer, thank you for sharing your story, Namaste!

Karie34, I am so proud of you, and thanks for sharing..

Sunday, thanks for sharing, is a lifetime change...

Nelly G., Congratulations on your weight loss, working out 2 hours a day, awesome!

Momy2two, if you can walk, you can lose weight, you don't need a step or any equiptment, they are nice to have, but start with what you have, and if all you can do is walk, then walk. A journey of a thousand miles begins with one single step.

Love reading all of your stories, you are such an inspiration, thanks for sharing

My story began 10 years ago when my the eldest of my 3 boys was born. I was 20 and had already been overweight before the pregnancy due to (undiagnosed) depression. After my son was born, something clicked. I didn't want to be a sedentary mom. I wanted to be able to play with him and run after him. I promised him by the time he could walk, I would be healthy enough to play with him. I began walking 2 miles every evening, pushing him in the stroller. I also changed my eating habits. By the time my son was 1, I had lost 50 pounds, just by walking every day and modified eating. I maintained the weight-loss through having 2 more babies. After the birth of my youngest son (now 2) I realized my body just wasn't bouncing back in the same fashion. Weight-wise I was back where I was, but my body was different. I was so oblivious to workout videos, but once I discovered them, I immediately incorporated them. I began with Si6, then CLX, then STS (which I still do), and I saw changes in my body that I didn't think were possible after having 3 children. At age 30 I can positively say I am in the best shape of my life. I have been exercising 6 days a week for the past year and a half, still eat clean most of the time, and still find the motivation and encouragement to continue every time I read these forums.

Thanks, Topfitmama

Yes, Rozy, it is amazing how much more my kids have done for me than I have done for them

I actually have my first story on Tracie Long's site-

Then I would count this as a second one-

Right now I'm working hard on getting my tummy flat again.
