Cathe's RWH chest, triceps & shoulders plus bonus abs 1. I love this abs section, the standing work at the beginning is great.

I agree! I wish she had an entire standing abs workout. Sometimes I do the standing abs twice before moving to the floor section.

That's a good idea, I think I will do that next time. I don't know if you've got it, but Kimberly Spreen & Rob Glicks Core Cuts has a great med ball abs standing routine (led by Kimberly). I heart it.
