Here's a link for one:

The Express set is a collection of short (<10 min) segments that you can mix and match. They're all set on that balcony overlooking the beach.

There are several on YT, but I don't know if they all are.

Love these Discovery Life videos on YouTube -- I've been using them for *years* because it's convenient (and I own the Express workouts on DVD already but I often just have my phone on me when working out at the office gym...)

I own the DVDs as well, but this make it much easier to mix and match!

I downloaded the entire Xceletate x 4 volume (all 4) and they are EXCELLENT. I play them through the Purple player app on my iPad.

First of all, Gilad looks amazing. He’s all the scenery I need to get through a workout. His cueing and instruction are on point, and the music is good. The longest workout is the toning - about 40 mins.

I recommend this comprehensive series highly. It’s just what I needed - diverse enough to keep me engaged; simple enough so I don’t get frustrated (modifiers included).

Do you need an app to play the new workouts, or can you download as mp4? TIA!

Gilad is having a St. Patrick's Day Sale - Lucky18 is the code - 35% off. I wonder if the discount will work on the new products? I know his website says some discounted packages are excluded from the sale.

If I can get the discount, I may order these!

Donna

Update - the code doesn't work on these! Darn it!

Are these part of the membership library for $9.99/mo? I'd like to try them out that way before buying. They look really similar to Jessica Smith workouts and they also look a little closer to beginner/intermediate than solid intermediate. It would be nice to see if they were a little harder than what I can do right now.

It seemed to indicate that it was, but when I went over there to browse I did not see them. I feel the same way, though, I would like to try them first. I like that they are under an hour. So many of Gilad's other workout (other than the TV programs) are about an hour and I don't usually have that much time to workout. 30-45 minutes is just right for me.
