It's a complete total body workout, so no need to repeat the circuits. Do all three circuits. I wouldn't add anything to the end, because you'll be doing a total of 300 swings. I personally do a short cardio workout (20-25 minutes) prior to my strength work, so you could do the same.

You're welcome. Let me know how you like them. I intentionally leave out the rest periods. But, as an example, for the last circuit, go through each exercise with as little rest as possible, and rest for up to a minute at the end of the circuit. I'm still loving Zuzana's workouts and do them weekly.

Debbie, just curious, but how are you liking Zuzana's direction of going to fewer exercises as her daily Bodyrock workout? I've noticed she's gone from a whole body routine of 8-10 exercises to 1-5 exercises that are still cardio intensive (and burpee intensive ), but not necessarily a balanced workout per day - this has been the trend over the past year or so....

I liked her older workouts for fitting in the kettlebell circuits in between - with good KB exercise selection, I was able to hit that muscle group twice before moving on to the next body part emphasis. Her latest ones haven't been as amenable to that approach....

I still really like her workouts even though they have taken a new direction.

Yes, her older workouts were great for adding with kettlebells, and I did create some really good circuits, but with her newer workouts it's pretty much impossible.

With this said, I think her newer workouts are great for adding on to an end of a workout and that is what I use them for. I go back to her total body workouts when I want to do a total body workout.

If you have Cathe's Imax2, try doing the circuit above where I added swings and one of Zuzana's circuits. It was one of her 10 minute workouts and you do mountain climbers and toe touches. I morphed it to a set of 20 swings, 20 mountain climbers, and 20 toe circuits during each blast segment.

[QUOTE= I think both kettlebell/100 rep workouts are winners. [/QUOTE]

Debbie, I did this workout this morning and it was fabulous I tweaked it a bit since this was going to be my full workout. I added three more groupings to your seven for a total of ten groupings and I did it two times through. I finished in 37 minutes (slow, but that was a lot of kb swings ). I have to agree, I think you have a bunch of winning rotations. Again, thank you so much!

Hi Mary!

Thank you for letting me know how it went and how you modified it for your goals.

Please feel free to share the circuit you came up with.

Sure! This is how I tweaked it:

20 Prisoner Squats with Front Kick (10 per leg)
20 KB Swings

20 Mountain Climbers
20 KB Swings

10 One jump forward two jumps back
20 KB Swings

10 Burpees
20 KB Swings

20 Static Lounges (10 per leg)
20 KB Swings

10 Walking side push ups
20 KB Swings

20 Squat Pulses
20 KB Swings

10 Reverse push ups
20 KB Swings

10 Lunge forward/back (5 per leg)
20 KB Swings

20 Knee Raises
20 KB swings

I did this two times through since this was my workout for the day. The last two groupings of KB Swings I did 20 Halo's (10 each direction). I will be trying your other rotations for sure. Oh, I don't own any kettlebells I have just always substituted with dumbbells.

Thanks Debbie!
