Anybody that got these-are you still using them? Do you use all 4? I'm looking for cardio and toning so I'm not sure about getting the abs one?

I am really hoping Gilad changes his mind and puts these out on dvd. After hearing some very positive reviews, I want them badly!

I wonder if these are available to Gilad TV subscribers? I briefly browsed the work outs on his streaming channel and there's a lot of classic Gilad but I am wondering if his DVDs are also available.
