Happy Holidays to you to Debbie, I love seeing this thread, when you 1st started it Z didn't hardy use a kettlebell now in her ZGYM it appears to be her more favorite tools now LOL. I've been writing these down and doing then almost since you started this thread. They were very hard for me at first and I had to do them segments. Now I've gotten stronger and can do most of them, but they're still "challenging" HA !! (understatement). I enjoy doing Z kettlebell workouts. Her advance kettlebell workouts seem for me closer to intermediate than advance
You were way ahead of your time to do bodyweight and kettlebells as a combination.
I don't have P90X, but I do have P90X3 which is one of my favorite workouts for 2014, I'm going to see how I can work it like your above circuits. Thanks for all your creative circuits
