I'm looking forward to that one, jetlitis!

Today I did the Brad Belote one, Halloween Workout Dance Fitness 2017. It was really long at an hour but I also haven't done a single workout that was that long in ages so there is that. There were some fun moves in it but the sound quality was so bad that I had my TV up just a few notches below full blast to hear the music and even then it wasn't always easy and sometimes I couldn't understand him very well. But full disclosure, I have one ear partially plugged thanks to sinuses or allergies and I had 3 fans blowing on high, so your results may vary! I probably won't do this one again. I didn't know some of the songs, which definitely took away from it for me since I listen to Halloween inspired music all the time! By the time Another One Bites the Dust (love this song) came on right before the cooldown I was quite over the workout and just did my own thing. The first 40 or so minutes are dancey cardio and then he does some unweighted strength stuff.

Today, I did another add-on to the end of my cardio workout:

Nothing crazy, but a rather nice cool down stretch to end my workout.

(When Halloween is closer, I think I'll do some of the longer Halloween workouts -- meanwhile, the add-on Halloween clips are fun to do. )

It was fun! Hard to believe that I used to envy the girls that could afford the one piece, leotards & leggings to exercise in :-) lol

Sounds good to me! My current rotation is pretty flexible, so I'd be up for any weekend this month.

I guess I forgot to check in Monday. I did Halloween Dance Workout for The Whole Family | The Studio by Jamie Kinkeade. It probably would be fun if I could follow it! guess I'm choreographically challenged--may try again.

Yesterday I didn't feel peachy and although I should have just sucked it up and pushed through (bc it was more from feeling down than physically unwell) I didn't and just gave in and never worked out.

Zumba Sulu: Halloween Dance Warm Up (7m)
Sharona's Hill: Halloween Villains Walking Workout (15m)
Zumba Sulu: Halloween Dance Cool Down (4m)

I skipped doing a Halloween routine yesterday (Tuesday). Today, I did the above 3 workout routines -- they're short routines and my favorite was the Warm Up. The instructor is a lot of fun and he gives excellent visual cues.
