Squeeze Stronger... will I be able to walk the next day?

Give it to me straight... is Squeeze Stronger a super hard, killer workout? What are your experiences with it? Should I do the split premixes instead of the 77 minutes all at once? I like the combination of strength and barre style work. Maybe I should save this for when I have tons and tons of energy and have a few more months of barre under my belt??

Caitlin, I love both the original Squeeze and Squeeze Stronger. When I do Squeeze Stronger, I often do the whole thing unless I'm just doing the upper body portion and a lower body segment from another dvd. If you have a lot of energy, do the whole thing. If your energy is lower today then just do half of the workout. Let us know how you like it!

I always forget about those workouts and they are so good. I never do either in it's entirety....but that is because I don't like long workouts.

I suppose I am forgetting that I can MAKE IT MY OWN... by using lighter weights, pressing pause, or doing segments at a time... do you guys use a Squeeze stick, or ??

Not remotely killer, you'll be fine. Like JackieB said, it's more about your preference as far as workout length goes. It's quite relaxing yet thorough, enjoy!

For a few years, I just used a broom stick (before I found another pole that worked better).
