I went to do this one today and realized the disc was cracked/defective. Phooey! I sure hope I don't have to pay for shipping to return this disc and get a new one that works!

Try emailing them. I had an issue with something i ordered from them and they replaced it really quickly. I think they sent me a mailer with the new item to return the defective item, so i paid nothing and just dropped it in the mailbox. I hope it works out for you too just as smoothly.

Yea, it comes in a cardboard sleeve that I don't really care for. You have to open it from the top and it's easy to rip. it's not like TAs, which come in a sleeve with cellophane around it and an opening in it to get the DVD out of.
