Yay me

So I have been doing jnl for just over a week and I did dream body (original one) last night o my did I wake up with doms today couldn't think of doing anything with weights so my go to cardio is breathless body 1 or 2, so I decided to do the second one I havnt done it for a while but today I got through every round and the bit at end all without stopping, I'm so proud of myself I've never got through the breathless bit at end without stopping before

That is fantastic! I've watched the clips for the Breathless Body workouts, and they look very intense-great job!!

The best bit is I could of done more usually at the end I flop exhausted this time I was like oh it's over already

ahh then CharM's word conquer is perfect

nothing like havin a lil left in the tank when you are done instead of feelin like you ran past empty huh?

I had a couple days like that in Dec at kettlebell training...
hoping to get back to that sweet spot soon now that I'm over my sinus infection

Breathless is extremely challenging. I've only been able to do the whole workout four times. And I needed breaks!

Great accomplishment! Especially feeling you could have done more!!
